剂量：Each 500 mg film-coated tablet contains 500 mg of metformin hydrochloride equivalent to 390 mg of metformin base. Each 850 mg film-coated tablet contains 850 mg of metformin hydrochloride equivalent to 663 mg of metformin base. Each 1,000 mg film-coated tablet contains 1,000 mg of metformin hydrochloride equivalent to 780 mg of metformin base .

剂型：Film-coated tablets.
500 mg: white or off-white, round, biconvex film-coated tablets that are smooth on both sides.
850 mg: white or off-white, capsule-shaped, biconvex film-coated tablets, with partial grout on one side and smooth on the other side. The purpose of the joint is not to break the tablet.
1,000 mg: white or off-white, oval, biconvex film-coated tablets with a deep joint on one side and a common joint on the other. The tablet can be divided into two equal doses.
